Official Notice Judge Change: Due to illness, the assignment of Mr. Charles Francis will be judged by Ms. Honey Glendinning of Delta, BC, Canada. This is on Sunday Feb. 27, 2011.
The breeds affected are Retriever Flatcoated, Retriever Labrador, Setter Gordon, Setter Irish, Spaniel English Cocker, Spinone Italiano, Spaniel English Springer and Spaniel American Cocker.
