Author of several different books on dog breeding, Dr. Battaglia has gained worldwide recognition, most notably for the program he developed - "Breeding Better Dogs". Popular demand has prompted the creation of a seminar for dog clubs which mirrors his book and a video of this method which has been presented across the country and considered an imperative foundation to any successful breeding program.

Core seminar topics include: how to analyze pedigrees for their breadth and depth, principles of breeding using the stick dog color charts, selecting sires and dams, how to evaluate litters and pick the best puppies, early neurological stimulating exercises for puppies, developing a breeding plan, managing the show, obedience, and performance dogs and how to develop a competitive edge and win.
